When checking the Database's value for it's owner, you need to look in sys. Database Server Service Restart. a) Outages > Task number b) catalog task> parent c) HR case> parent. This works partly - I do get a SID but it is only a partial match to the user's actual SID. Enable-SPTimerJob job-application-server-admin-service.
